The hotel Bartok was still first rate but had rather taken second place to a- new hotshot enterprise located nearby. But the Bartok seemed to have been there for centuries and it was located across from the park in downtown L.A. It was renowned for its business mens' gatherings and high-class hookers of legendary esteem who even gave a bit to the bellboy now and then; and the bellboys who had become millionaires just working there, and the bloody bellboys with 11- inch dicks, and the good food, the Lobster, and these huge chefs in these very tall white hard-on hats who knew everything, not only about food but about life and about you and me and about everybody.
