Just got my first taste of Bukowski via the 2004 film and am knocked. Only knew about him from "Barfly" which, aside from the nifty title shots of joints, was so-so. Anybody recommend one or two novels, short stories or poems I can start on to get to know about this wonderful man? Thanks and...
