The older I get, the less tolerable I am to bullshit, egos, know-it all sons a bitches, and people with their inner-child hangups. Maybe that's why my fairly recent discovery of Bukowski has been an epiphany of sorts? Life's too short to waste your time with those types. Reading Bukowski is a refreshing confirmation of many of my own feelings about work, people, and life in general that have developed over time.

I'm a guitarist/singer by hobby and part time employment, beside my day job. I'd love to quit my day job and survive by using my talents and interests to generate income. Part of a 7 year plan. Will it happen? Who knows?
