In the foldout back pages of Wormwood Review #19, volume 4, number 3, 1965 a publication by Charles Bukowski was announced:

Atomic Scribblings From a Maniac Age, $3.50, from Border Press, 2814 Tilles Ave., Fort Smith, Ark. 72901.

So what happened? Who was Border Press (Lucinda Williams' dad?)? What poems were destined for this book? $3.50 price in 1965 suggests quite a few pages.

THe guy behind Border Press, Wayne Philpot, published Bukowski a couple of times in his Border mag, and I guess they talked about putting out Atomic Scribblings but it just never happened.

I wonder if those drawings ever resurfaced.
