Leo Kottke is a fantastic guitarist who's been around for a lot of years. I saw him perform in Santa Monica somewhere around 1975. If you like acoustic guitar music and you can track down the record (or CD) "Leo Kottke John Fahey Peter Lang" on Fahey's Takoma label, do yourself a favor and get it. For that matter, pretty much any of Kottke's early records are great... can't speak for the more recent records 'cause I haven't heard them.
I don't get where there's a Bukowski connection though...
