The Colphon page; is this the page at the rear of first eds with the printing details and small bird? And if so did buk sign and number this page only. I hope not, my signed copy of Last night of the Earth poems, one of 750, is signed at the front yet numbered at the back....be gentle with me....

Your copy is correct as you describe it. In the later years BSP bound in signature sheets at the front of each of the signed copies.

The numbering was still indicated on the colophon page of these copies.
