From "pleasures of the damned" nursing home? (1 Viewer)

My heart has always belonged to Bukowski. My favorite line from his writing is permanently on my body. But there's one poem that has always remained a big unanswered question. I read it years ago and can only remember it being based around what he imagines being in a nursing home will be like. I know it is in the collection, "pleasures of the damned". I believe there's an image of children laughing at him? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
