Hamsun's Hunger on the streets of Hollywood

Radio here in Norway reports that a new film version (2007)of Hamsun's novel "Hunger" has modernized the plot and transposed the story to modern day Hollywood. Its a low-budget film made digitally. Gets good reviews over here so far.

This was one of Buk's favorite books. Bet he would get a chuckle out of seeing a version set in his own neighborhood. Has anyone seen it? Maybe you locals can tell us if any Buk-streets are in the movie...
