Charles Bukowski - American author

I can't stop listening to this Blind Blake and Charlie Spand song, Hastings Street, after hearing it in the DVD extras of the documentary Desperate Man Blues.

The vocal is so fucking weird and funny. It comes in out of nowhere halfway through the record, just a funny, conversational spoken word kind of thing.

always telling me about Brady Street​
wonder what is on Brady?​
Must be something there very marvelous​
