Do you think that is Linda Bukowski? She looks too old to be Linda B. (at the time). The lines around the mouth and the droopy eyes...that's not really characteristic of her at the time. Though I suppose it could be. The tape recorder on the table suggests that it may be a journalist, but photographs can be tricky.

Well, that's my best guess. I agree that she does'nt look the way she usually does in this pic, with the lines and droopy eyes, but as you say, photos can be tricky. Perhaps it's just a very bad pic of her.

To me, the lips, and the nose make it her.
The hair style is also characteristic, but I've
seen pictures of her wearing it differently from
that era. Also, the tape recorder, as mjp
mentioned, makes it seem as if it's an interview.
Unless it's actually playing music. Then the quote
roni put up leads me to recognize that it probably
is her, since she was I.D.'d in the photo as Linda King.

Is there anything about Bukowski that isn't
open to interpretation? heh, heh.

It's her. Maybe she was dehydrated that day. Besides that he has his ass in her face that has to do something to a person to make them go into some type of defense mode. Maybe that caused all of her pores to simultaneously close.

Did something happen in this thread today? I know there was a post of a blow up of that photo.:confused:
