how much (in a sufficently general range for such a general question) do later printing hardcover trade editions of bukowski usually sell for? i have a bunch of them, and I want to add to the collection, but especially with the older books, (on abebooks at least), you only see the limited editions and then paperback ones. i know from the editions i do have that there were tons and tons of hardcover reprints... what happened to all of them?
