Looking for a particular paragraph in Women. (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for a paragraph that has something to do with being safe until the poor have the ability to make an atom bomb in their basement. I can't remember it exactly. I'm 99.9% sure I read it in Women.

I have spent a while sitting in Barnes and Noble skimming the book looking for this one line, but with no luck.

If you could include the chapter number that would be great.

Thank you in advance.

Chapter 37, 9th paragraph.

It was easy to write about whores, but to
write about a good woman was much more difficult.
The second fight was good, too. The crowd screamed and roared and
swilled beer. They had temporarily escaped the factories, the warehouses,
the slaughterhouses, the car washes"”they'd be back in captivity
the next day but now they were out"”they were wild with freedom.
They weren't thinking about the slavery of poverty. Or the slavery of
welfare and food stamps. The rest of us would be all right until the poor
learned how to make atom bombs in their basements.
