Does anyone know some reliable sites where manuscripts pop up for sale

Yes. There is an auction site called eBay. I have seen them there from time to time. I understand there are members here who own manuscripts as well.

Bukoswski collections sometimes come up in auctions run by big, well known auction houses which are listed online. PBA Galleries comes to mind. These may include manuscripts.
