I was trying to find a short story which I'm sure i remember reading in a collection of Bukowski's writing, but it seems my memory has failed me... can anyone re-assure me or point me in the right direction?
It was called (so I imagine) 'one dollar and twenty cents' and was about an old guy with not much left who sees a bunch of young people... I think maybe he passes away in the end.
Any ideas?
