Please help me find this poem about being able to go away (1 Viewer)

hello everyone!
I'm not very familiar with Bukowski, but I found a poem attributed to him around a week ago and I fell in love with it.
sadly, the poem was written in Italian (my native language) and I can't find the original version nor the book it comes from... can someone please help me? thank you 🙏🏻

here is a rough translation:
At some point you need to know how to leave. I'm the type of who always wants to stay until the end, until the party is over, until there's life there's hope, until you tell me openly that it's time to go. I'd have to learn how to disappear instead at some point, because people like missing someone anyways more than their presence. They do it like this: they say they want someone who will never leave, then they find this person and who do they think about? They think about who left.
