Short story collections (1 Viewer)

Hi,

i think that the wikipedia bibliography of bukowski's books is incomplete and, in many cases, incorrect. the novels are easy to get a clear view of but i find it harder with the short story collections and the poems. the short story collections i know are:

erections, ejaculations...
south of no north
hot water music

can anyone tell me if there are others? and does anyone have a link to a correct bibliography of his poetry?

thanks in advance,

actually, hot water music is poetry/short stories mixed.
the other collections you didn't mention are:

The Most Beautiful Woman In Town
Tales of Ordinary Madness (later published as two books from Erections...)
Sept. Stew
Betting On The Muse
Poems and stories? I suppose.

I guess it isnt really short stories but
The Captain Is Out To Lunch...is more of a journal.

Notes of a Dirty Old Man would be classified as Articles but some of them read as short stories.

and

Portions From A Wine-Stained Notebook is uncollected stories and articles mixed.

Nope, it's short stories only!

Erections... have now been divided into two books: The Most Beautiful Woman In Town and Tales Of Ordinary Madness.

Betting On The Muse is a collection of short stories and poems.
The same goes for Septuagenarian Stew.

Then there's the other books Henry Chinaski mentions...

If you want a correct bibliography of his poetry books (and all the other books), look here:
