The case of the missing Buddha (1 Viewer)

It is a small thing, I know, but are there any images of the Buddha Bukowski writes of in a couple of later poems. It doesn't appear in the 90's photo of him at his desk.

Tenuously related, but this is what I found with a search.

Never seen a Buddha on his desk, but a gargoyle is (well) documented.

Maybe it was Drayer Meher Baba? :D

That's a well known Swedish auction house named Bukowskis, but unrelated to our man.

John & Barbara Martin bought the brown Buddha (a stout piece of nice wood about 2 feet tall) for Hank & Linda Lee's wedding. There's a photo in Bukowski/Montfort's The Wedding--(Brown Buddha Books -aka John Martin- 1986) sitting on the hearth at Casa Bukowski. There's a copy of The Wedding at ABE, by the by.
