Charles Bukowski - American author

Hello:

I found this. It appears to be a short story written by a Liam Wendell. Never heard of the author or what his relationship was to Bukowski. Never saw it in any of his books. Had me laughing. Great dialogue. Anybody know if it was published in a magazine?
