Is there an official (or unofficial) full biography for Douglas Blazek out there? I have a good amount of his material but never found a bio other than the brief ones on Wikipedia, the intro to his bibliography, and other assorted paragraph-length things.

I hear ya. Well, sounds like you know him. If so, feel free to pass along that I read his work at the park (here in North Hollywood) regularly. He was my favorite poet for a time and I share his work with all my poet friends. Excited to continue to collect and read his work ?
