    rubber letterpress teaser

I found this thread very captivating. It's nice to see how much care and effort is put into a project like this. I've only recently got interested in artist books and the small press. It's really added another dimension to the 'book' for me if that makes any sense. I recently went to an artist...

Just ordered a copy (I'm assuming there are still some left). Admittedly I don't post here much but i'm familiar with the work of some of the poets on that list and i can't wait to read this! and i think some of these 'milk girls' should feature on future front covers!

Bands that drop Bukowski's name or reference his work...

It's on the back cover of the booklet. I listened out for any Buk references in the songs but can't hear any. There's also a song called 'Ask the Dust' and a nice cover of Neil Young's 'Through my Sails' on that album.

I had to try this last night as i've always been curious as to just how bad it is. turns out the only bad thing about it is the alcohol content; 2% Still, at 88p for four cans i shouldn't really complain...

    Bukowski Inspired Artwork

Nice. All I have in my possession is this poster for the film Barfly. I co-run a weekly film night and Barfly was screened a few months back. This was the poster created for it. I guess it's an image of Rourke...but Buk inspired in the end.

    A song that represents bukowski?

This song by Radiohead; perhaps not every line is relevant but it has a certain feel to it that brought it to mind when i read this thread.

    Hello everyone

Yes Black Swan, having enjoyed what I've read so far i do feel very happy about the prospect of there being so much more out there to read. Not too sure what my bank balance feels about it all though. Hi Zenguru. Having not read Factotum, I don't know how the movie stands up to the book, but...

Last CD you bought/ Book you read

The last book i read was The Grass Arena by John Healy. An excellent autobiography. The author was an alcoholic and living rough in London untill he learned to play chess whilst on a stint in jail. He replaced one addiction with another and went on to become an excellent player, challenging some...

    Hello everyone

Hi, I'm Neil, from Scotland. Here is a little bit about how i came to be here; I chanced upon 'Pulp' in a friends bookcase late one evening at a party back at the beggining of the year. There were lots of people at this party but that didn't neccesarily make it interesting, and so i took...
