I bet that this has more to do with the sculptor and his audience than the subject.

Michaelangelo was not a Jew, so he would have Christianized his subject.

Funny thing is that Jesus was more black than white, really. He certainly was darker skinned. He would certainly be on a no-fly list along with Yusef Islam. Of course, Jesus was not African, but was certainly not blonde haired, blue eyed, with a nicely trimmed Barry Gibb-like beard.

Latest news on buk scene 1 , first bust...

I sent a copy of the magazine to China and the envelope got there empty except for a couple of postcards.

Because of the cover they might have thought that it was a porn mag and
decided to keep it. Hopefully someone is in for an enlightening surprise
GPP style.:)
