So excited to find this forum! Been in love with Bukowski for a long time. Started reading again. Couldn't help myself. Then, an idea popped into my head. Thinking about writing a one hour solo show based on Buk's life, starring me, of course. I'm a woman, but, why not? Watching his movies, interviews, starting to act like him. He frees me up. Can't get him out of my head. Will keep doing research, reading, viewing, reading, writing... We'll see where it goes.
