Anyone happen to know what's in this? I mean a list of the poems. I only have a German version. Wanted to add it to the new database...

yeah I've often wondered that too.

I know Montfordt has pictures in it.

Apart from the photographs and a wonderful introductory essay by CB, all of what is in Horsemeat is reprinted in War All The Time.
It takes up pages 36 to 63.
