Watched a program a couple of nights ago on Bukowski. There was a book that he gave to his friends. Each page had one word and it ran soemthing like "When the spirit fades... Something like all that is left is form.

What is the actual wording.

henry i dont think this guy was suggesting that buk hadnt written anything more, i believe he meant that if this is all he had written, it would have said a hell of a lot more than many of his contemporarys.
