Black Moss Series 2, Number 2 was published in Fall 1976.

The database shows The Night I killed Tommy is on several recordings beginning in 1985, but no mentions of magazines or novels. Note the name is spelt Tommie (not Tommy) in the poem itself.

I couldn't find The Ladies of the Afternoon in the database, although it is a common theme.
