Just saying Hi! (1 Viewer)

Stumbled upon this forum while searching out Bukowski quotes. I recall one wherein he was comparing the "littles" and the "bigs" (big and small magazines/publishers) and it was something along the lines of "the bigs at least know something about movement, motion, getting things done! While the smalls, like so many children playing in the sandbox..." -- paraphrasing here, but I would like to use the quote in an article but I cannot find it online or anywhere. I just went through Bukowski on Writing, thinking I had read it in the collected letters, but no luck. Anyone recall this comment from Buk? Would appreciate the actual wording of the quote or a source I can check. Thanks in advance!
