Although this film has been made by a bunch of my compatriots, I've never heard of it before.

I have no idea where you can watch the film.
Info about is scarce: I even couldn't find the year when it was made (IMDb, where I picked the poster, doesn't have it).

It looks like Jean Marc Barr, who does the voice of Heinrich in the film, is the actor who played Jack Kerouac in the 2013 film BIG SUR. Seems the film was made in 2024. Guessing the film is based around the Buk poem Metamorphosis? Play The Piano drunk initially?

Sounds like it's inspired by Kafka's "The Metamorphosis".
