There are NO numbers at the top...nothing. It looks like a low quality photocopy but it's on that shiny slick paper and torn off ragged at the top, like it was on a roll and ripped out of a machine. It was always my understanding that what I had was a fax (and the letter that accompanied it may have said as much), but maybe I'm wrong and it's just a photocopy of a letter. I probably still have Smith's letter transmitting the "fax" (a gift, not a purchase) somewhere, and if I hunted for hours I might even find it. Curious, huh?
