Poker is a fad now. For some reason millions of people have adopted it as a way to pass the time...kind of like backgammon in the 70's, or cocaine in the 80's.
 
Sorry for the shameless bump, but I wonder if the manufacturer has whatever they need to create something with his likeness on it.
 
Since that looks like the work of (at least) four different photographers, I'd bet (no pun intended) the answer is "no."
 
These appear to be computer generated photos, printed on label stock and stuck to the chips. I could do the same thing at home.... Truly a worthless piece of junk...

Also, they have certainly NOT received permission to use these images...
