Bukowski paintings (1 Viewer)

They never made any, no. Prints were made for some Black Sparrow signed editions, but those were typically colored drawings, rather than paintings.

Ok, here's a question. Is this wrong, what I've done. I copied and put in 'my pictures' a few of Buks' drawings from this site and printed them on 8x10 watercolor paper(which is what I use when I paint), mounted and framed them and they look like originals. They hang on my wall and I love them. Is this a copyright violation, or evil or totally ok?
It's just for my house of course.
Things printed beautifully.

Hi,
They are being used by you, for your enjoyment. Unless you have Linda Bukowski to the house and she objects... Even then, I would consider this fair use.. I say there would be no problem legally, or ethically....
