France is for Forgery

I have only gotten ripped off twice in buying Bukowski signed items and both were from France. The first time I was new to collecting. The second time someone photocopied a manuscript with a color photocopy of Scott Harrison's certificate of authenticity. I've see dozens of bad forgeries on eBay like this and they're almost always out of France.
