Pearl Jam "In Hiding" (1 Viewer)

Checked to see if this has been brought up here, but was unable to find anything. The song "In Hiding" has the lyrics "I swallow my words to keep from lying/I swallow my face just to keep from biting/I swallowed my breath and went deep I was diving, diving/I surfaced when all of my being was enlightened/I'm in hiding." The song was apparently "inspired" by Bukowski:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_Hiding.
Does anyone know if any of the lyrics come directly from a Bukowski poem?

"swallow my words" does not appear in any published (or should I say collected) Bukowski poem. Even the ones written by John Martin.

Which is surprising, since it sounds like something Martin would have written.
