Realistically, maybe $200-300. Has it been kept anywhere near a microwave? That could drastically reduce the price...

If it's the Harper Collins version with the slipcase, $325.00 or more. If it's the BSP, I'd say $275.00. But I wouldn't pay that because most of the bindings in the BSP version are defected. They used the Harper Collins pages, and for some reason they didn't work so well in the BSP binding. Plus, the BSP version is not Bab's best design, although I hold her in high regard. The Harper Collins version is a beautiful Madison Avenue design...
