Bob Dylan put out his first album.

Well, it was really his second album, but his first one was almost all cover versions, and this second one contained a lot of the songs he would become known for, songs that defined him until he plugged in a Stratocaster and flipped the script.

A classic and a record that sums up and defines the early 60 folk/protest thing.

Dylan with Robbie Robertson and the Hawks is one thing; Dylan with The Band is more like "Oh crap, I haven't picked up my dog's poop in over a week." Y'know, to me.
