tomorrow, Tue 27th, at ca. 6:05 pm (MESZ = German local time) there'll be a short interview with me (approx 5 min) about Bukowski at a university-radio-station from Cologne.
You can hear the stream HERE.
The interview's going to be live. I will be sober.
Of course it is. The public - that's what they are for.
Only, I wanted to have one or two more of them, before posting the news about the BUKOWSKI-CHANNEL, where I give reviews of Bukowski-books, including some biographical information and - of course - don't fail to advertise my own bukshop.
The idea would've been to have about 5 videos in there and then announcing the channel as a whole.
Anyway. At the moment I'm working on a review of 'Factotum'. That's what will be up next. Also, the letters are in my mind for one of the next ones.
The interviewer sounded like he was in a rush.
I'm not sure but it seems that Roni already had
pre-information on the questions because Roni
answered the questions promptly without any hesitations.
Or Roni is a pro.
The content of the interview was general,
but may be interesting to invite new German readers.
Roni suggested to read the poems in English.
I didn't know the exact questions, but had asked them to tell me beforehand, about the nature of their interest and what the general direction of the interview would be.
Time is a factor, you know. So I wanted to be on the point.
The guy who read Bukowski after the interview was a prick.
