Top Three Musicians (1 Viewer)

In a grand effort to share stupidity with all y'all, I've actually found a strong answer to this poll question. If you need to substitute "bands" for musicians, go ahead.

If I could only ever listen to music from three musicians, it would be, in no order:

Beethoven
Mingus
Dylan

That is difficult, but if I had to pick-
1. The Beatles (would like to include solo works as well)
2. Bob Dylan (I even forgive him Dylan and the Dead)
3. John Prine (maybe the most underrated songwriter ever)

[...] This is less a favorites list, and more an exercise in masochism. [...]
Damn true!
An impossible task!

[...] If I could only ever listen to music from three musicians, [...]

Can't answer this at the moment.
now, if the question wouldn't be about a musician /band, but to nail down a specific piece of music, I can at least name one:
Beethoven Symphony No 9.
I'm almost certain about this one.

impossible question, but -

you didn't say they couldn't be playing other peoples music...

glenn gould
miles davis
hank williams

i'll have a different 3 tomorrow, but what the hell...

Tom Waits, Dave Brubeck, Coltrane. i picked those three bc i've been able to go back to them time after time and still haven't o.d.'d on them yet. 3 is an insane number. The Clash come to mind too. I, like d gray, will haveba different 3 tomorrow.

This is an extremely mean question. I don't come on your computer and do mean things, do I? Then why man, why?

The Beatles would certainly be one of the three.
Stevie Wonder might be one of the others.
But then... I get caught in a black hole that I can't get out of, where I need medication.
THANKS A LOT!
