In the timeline it mentions just before he died he faxed a poem to John Martin... who is this John Martin, as I know of a few...?

John Martin was Buk's longtime editor at Black Sparrow Press. Martin has since retired, and Buk's books are put out by Ecco in North America, and Rebel (which I think is a division of Canongate?) and Virgin in the UK. I believe some of the UK books are also done by Ecco, but I could be wrong.
