Certain characters in Bukowski stories. (1 Viewer)

I asked once about the Jewish kid who was studying to be a rabbi who has been mentioned in many Bukowski stories. Another I've been wondering about is a man Bukowski had known who came into some money and split for Spain. Ending up being humiliated because his wife slept with the mayor of the Spanish town. He's referred to this many in quite a few stories. And I believe he's called him Jack in more than one story. The origins of his sudden wealth changes. He's won it gambling or he's inherited it. And he's apparently a jewish poet originally from Brooklyn. Anyone?

Thanks
Shane

I believe Jack Micheline was a Jewish poet originally from New York. I'm not sure about any of the rest of the story and know that Micheline was not rich.

Thank you for answering me, Bospress. Jack wasn't rich. But according to Bukowski he'd won ten or twenty grand at the track.

Thanks
Shane
