Corruption of Posthumous work? (1 Viewer)

Hello, this is my first post but I've been a Bukowski fan since my early 20s.
On the facebook group, someone posted this article>> https://mjpbooks.com/blog/the-sense...is-ghost-by-john-martins-black-sparrow-press/

I always thought something was off, neutered, pasteurized in the posthumous stuff, but had chalked it up to old-age, like many others apparently.

Is there more information on the subject besides this blog? I'd venture to guess there's info in some threads, but some shortcuts would be appreciated. If there's not a consolidated thread, maybe this would be a good place to post articles, blogs, videos, w.e's out there.

Thanks much

In addition to the thread d gray posted, you might want to check out the comparisons forum and the comparisons page on the bukowski.net site.

In those places you can see what Bukowski typed (or what first appeared in literary magazines) and what Black Sparrow published. Then it's up to you to decide whether it's feasible that the same person wrote both.
