I think we know that this poem had a few versions, but I think there was a video edit on this one. Right after the cats stanza, this is supposed to be the next one:
"The next day it was horses,
and that wasn't so good because many bad branches broke."
If you watch the video, there's a sharp edit. I don't think there is any conspiracy theory here, but for whatever reason, that stanza was cut.
